Great for snowstorm days and nights. Great taste, generous amount of food in the can, well seasoned. Not too hot. Great with low-salt crackers. The can indicates it has more sodium than I want, but it doesn't come off as too salty when I taste it. The texture is better on the meat than homemade. It definitely is one of my comfort foods.

I really like Armor Star chili with beans, I buy the large cans and make 3 meals with them since I live alone. It tastes like homemade chili without the mess. I like it because it is thicker than other can of chili I have bought. I like corn chips in mine instead of crackers to me it tastes better. On cold winter days there is nothing better than a hot bowl of chili and this Armour Star hits the spot. It is not overloaded with beans it is well balanced with the ingredients.The cost I really like it helps me keep by grocery bill in line. I rate it a 5 star and highly recommend it if you like chili I think you will like this chili.

Awesome value and great taste

I was pleasantly surprised by how good this chili was. Also, I was expecting a regular-sized canned chili but didn't pay attention to the description and got this big can. The value is way better than most. I usually buy Bunker Hill spicier, chunkier chili, but that's hard to find lately. I will be getting this brand from now on!
