The Phoenix stair treads are manufactured from European beech wood, finished with a light natural stain and clear coat protective sealer. This staircase can be easily installed by the homeowner in a single day using common household tools.

- To allow for proper installation, the finished opening must be 2-in larger than the stair diameter
- This kit has not been designed to meet the international residential building code, as it relates to spiral staircases
