I bought this waver for my niece for Christmas. When it arrived the box was damaged and had been opened. You can also tell that it had been removed from its packaging and not repackaged properly as it did not fit well and the lid will not close properly. The purchase I made was for a new waver not something that has been returned. I cannot give this as a gift. I will be returning. I reached out Aria and was told I would have a response in 24-48 hours. It has been 4 days and I have not had a response from them.
