Great product and customer service

I was extremely pleased with how well built this shower head was. I received a same day response from customer service on my request for instructions to remove flow restrictor which is very easy. to do After the flow restrictor was removed the head works great. It worked great even before it was removed. Will purchase a second for another bathroom.
