Gives me a little bit of energy and alertness, and maybe helps with my health and weight loss journey. Losing over 150 pounds, with 20-25 more to go and getting healthy takes a lot more than just green tea, like other supplements %26 vitamins, better healthy eating, and exercise … but I have no doubt these helped.
