Helped me past a plateau, 6lbs down
I was on a plateau for over a month and this cleanse did the trick. I lost 6lbs. For me personally it wasn't one where I had to run to the bathroom in an emergency. It was pretty gentle. It didn't affect day to day life. The first day I had a little stomach ache but after that day I had no further side effects. I took 2 in the am and 2 in the pm as directed. If you're on a plateau this may help break you past it. Will use this again for any future cleanses.
