SmartCode 917 is easy to install, program and use, and operates on one 9 Volt battery. It also features SmartKey Security as the back-up keyway. This entry lever can be locked or unlocked by using the keypad or key from the outside as well as the turn button from the inside. The rich tones of Matte Black add the finishing touch to this product. The Matte Black finish provides a rich and warm complement to the product’s style.

Brilliant lever! Need one for all doors!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We put this on the home office door to keep our toddler from helping himself to papers and pens for coloring. It's worked brilliant! I'm considering redoing all our babyproofing and putting this lever on all bedrooms and closets! It only took a couple minutes to install and is solid and sturdy. I highly recommend!!
