I purchased this trim kit to go with a microwave in my newly remodeled kitchen as a built in for my island. The measurements for the microwave were given to my cabinet designer and the opening was cut in the island for the microwave. I assumed the trim kit would fit, however, this was not the case. If you purchase this trim make sure the dimensions of the trim are configured into the opening for the microwave because this trim accommodates several different microwaves. When the trim was installed it was too big so I had to have my island cut down and lost a large drawer beneath it to make the trim fit. Now instead of having a large deep drawer I have a much narrower drawer. But all in all the trim does look nice.

This may be a good product- I don't know- But I do know it was a be-ach to find the size of the cutout on the cabinet for a trim kit!

Disappointing
Disappointing that the frame on the sides is black plastic and shows the inside plastic frame. The idea was for the stainless to be on the fronts and the sides. Not just the front. When in the kitchen you mainly view it from the sides. Suggest upgrading to a nicer trim kit.
