Arrived late

This was a gift for my daughter. Due to slight weather conditions, the product was delayed. Which had nothing to do with the seller. It was all on the shipping company. I chatted with the seller through email and they were very responsive and did what they could to help. The reason why i didn't rate it 5 stars was because the little screw on ball came loose and she ended up loosing it and is now useless to wear without it.
