I have tried several different flours for my pizza dough, and this brand has been my go-to now. But just a bit of info you will need to find a reputable person on the internet that makes pizza for a living and find the right recipe. This will all be according to your taste preference. This flour does the job better than all the others I have tried. Try to find a flour that is in date and it will make a very good pizza crust. I would highly recommend this flour.
