Great customer service, Great product

I called the customer service department after doing my own homework on antennas. I had one in mind that I thought would work for me, but I had a few questions. Customer service located my home and the nearest broadcast antennas for me and told me I only needed a DB2e to receive all the channels possible. The great part was that they down sold me from the original antenna I called about saying, "I could buy the more expensive one, but I won't need it." Saving me about $80. I ordered the antenna, installed it i my attic and now I get every channel broadcast in our area with a crystal clear picture. I have not seen my signal meter drop below 92% on any channel. Impressed with the reception

Antenna is being used inside the peak of the garage in a heavily wooded location approximately 35 miles SW of the Milwaukee WI transmitters. I was sceptical if it would work, but relied on the advise of the tech when I called the company. Results are excellent with only an occasional signal loss for a second or two on one channel. Much better than expected antenna!

The antenna came partially assembled and took less than 5 minutes to complete without a lengthy instruction sheet. Great. After finding where my strongest signal I was surprised again. 1 am able to get 18 HD channels crystal clear. I didn't need an amplifier just the DB2E. Great price and great product. Thanks!
