Ancient Nutrition Sbo Probiotics Ultimate 60 Caps

I usually don't write reviews, even though I rely on them prior to purchasing products. For my travels overseas, I needed a probiotic that didn't require refrigeration, as I didn't have access to a fridge at times. I figured that I'd give this product a try, since Ancient Nutrition is known to have quality products. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it worked. I normally take my probiotics late afternoon to evening and I usually have a bowel movement by the next morning. This probiotic did the job. Whether I took it in the morning, afternoon or evening on a full or empty stomach, I still had a movement the next morning. This product is a bit pricey but, I'll definitely purchase again, especially if heading overseas.

I work in a pharmacy and part of my job is to help recommend different products and compare and contrast them. This is not yogurt or other foods that have little amounts of probiotics. This is a great product with Great sources of probiotic. There are a lot of different strains that give a full coverage of upper and lower digestive systems. The capsules are easy to take. They are not too big. I would definitely give this product a try.
