Hob - From Ambient - Add pasta to 4 quarts boiling water. Return to boil, stirring frequently. Cook uncovered for 8-10 minutes. Begin tasting pasta after 6 minutes and cook to desired tenderness. Drain and enjoy. Optional: add 2 Tbsp. of oil to water. Do not overcook.

My husband loved this pasta better than other legumes pastas, some people are particular with how the legumes pasta taste and this one had a more traditional flavor and texture, but with a higher protein.
