This fabric runs VERTICALLY not HORIZONTALLY

This fabric runs VERTICALLY not HORIZONTALLY. The swatch of this fabric should be turned 90 degrees counter-clockwise -- that is how the pattern runs. The width is about 53" but the height is whatever you are ordering. I bought this fabric to make curtains and the weight is a little heavy but works well. The navy blue stripe is fairly pale, not very saturated in color.
