I have had thee 2 gallon jars before and used them for flour and sugar. I will use one for sugar and the other for cookies. I love seeing these items displayed this way. My only caveat is that you are extra careful with the lids. We have tile floors and the lids with smash into pieces if dropped and hit something hard. Otherwise, I am totally happy with them.
