I like this stuff
This is ancho chili powder. Adds some non-overwhelming flavor without heat. I don't appreciate too much heat, because then you can't taste the flavor. I moved the powder into a previously used and cleaned shaker bottle to make my life easier. I cut the label down and taped it to the shaker bottle to know what is in it.
