Perfect for flavoring light fluffy mousse! Out of the jar it reminds me of banana nerds candy, once mixed into mousse it's such a light, true fresh banana flavor! Love these natural flavorings!

Creamy and sweet
This one has a slight "artificial" taste compared to other flavors but I think that just comes with the territory for banana anything. I called the macaron flavor Banana pudding and rolled in Nilla wafers and it turned out great!
