Good Flavor for a Dark Hazelnut Stout

The Artisan flavors are good for complementing different beer styles and in this case a stout. The key is to add the flavoring when fermentation has really slowed where the brew is a few gravity points from completion. Too little and the added flavor is not very perceptible. Too much and the beer comes in too sweet. But when you nail it, the flavor is irresistible. The hazelnut praline is perfect for a dark roasted stout on cold winter night and that's what I'm having right now.
