Love these chairs. I have been eyeing them for 6 months now on a couple different sites and ended up getting them from Hayneedle when I received a coupon. The boxes were all in horrible shape, but luckily none of the chairs had any damage. They came in a couple pieces and it took 2-3 hours to put all 5 together. They are industrial, but comfortable, and look exactly like the pictures. They make the room look SO much more complete and full, so I am so glad we went with these. Pros: - Bottom and back cushions are comfortable (first comment a friend said when sitting down) - Bottom cushion is very extra large and square, so you feel like you have a firm seat and not just a bar stool decoration - Industrial look while still getting the comfort - Swivel completely around and stay there if you are trying to turn and talk to someone - True to color - Level with floor - no issues on any Cons: - Chair is a bit high for bar height, so your leg brushes a bit as you are trying to get into the chair (my previous bar stools did not have this extra height), but it isn't enough to notice or brush your legs against the top of the bar counter while sitting - Was missing a bolt on one out of five chairs, so we had to go buy another because we didn't want to wait to put it together, and another bolt ended up getting stuck spinning endlessly (couldn't screw further in or take out)
