I LOVE this shovel!! I've purchased 5 of them for myself and family. It's great at removing ice. I recommend this shovel to everyone because it's also ergonomically designed.

Possibly shipped the wrong shovel.

I do not believe the item I received is the item I ordered. I specifically ordered a show shovel with ergonomic handle (bent for east of use) for use as I have much experience with them. The one in the shipment order shows a picture of an ergonomic snow shovel but the one I received is a straight handle show shovel make in China. I also paid top dollar for the one I ordered which may be the one depicted in my order but its not the one I received. I can provide the shipper with a text picture of what I received which is a real back breaker of a shovel.
