The grass catcher won't stay on

Cuts good on the left side of the machine, did not tinker with it at all, just got it together and took it for a spin. The catcher will not stay on at all. It cut the grass and I am not exhausted, it is a wonderful product. But a few improvements would be helpful. I wanted that grass catcher to work out and paid the extra 35 dollars for it and 10 bucks in taxes. Feel cheated to be honest, but satisfied with a good lawn cut and I have fescue and rye grass, did a good job. Would recommend it.
