Directions: 1. Sprinkle Amazing on all sides, coating well. 2. Cook your favorite way - Grill Bake, Fry, Broil, saute, BBQ, even Microwave. Use as a Marinade: 1. Mix 1 Tbsp of seasoning with 2 Tbsp water and 2 Tbsp olive oil. 2. Marinate for five minutes or longer. 3. Baste with the remaining marinated during cooking. Discard excess marinade. Use on: beef, poultry, pork & seafood. Also great on vegetables, potatoes & salads.
