I am all about immunity and these two herbs work perfect for that and me. I prefer to take it more in the winter but as I get older I find an all year benefit. I have developed some respiratory issues so I am hoping it will also help with that. I love the 250-count bottle that Amazing Nutrition has available. I prefer larger bottles, less waste.
