It is the EASIEST bed tent to assemble. It just popped up and I put it on my bed in like 10 mins. It had areas to open for ventilation so it doesn't get hot. It doesn't take up a lot of space. Light does shine through. It is not a black out tent. I put a black sheet over it to make it a black out tent.

I sleep %26 live in the living room to help care for loved ones who can not be left alone day or night. I have a full size Tri fold mattress on a light weight frame. I came across this bed tent and realized it was perfect for my privacy needs. Now I am not woke up by the kitchen light being turned on all through the night and the letting out and in of the cat who runs the house and is bipolar and narcissistic. I highly recommend this bed tent it has aloud me to nap during the day as well as sleep shielded from lights through out the night.
