Nice cuts

This saw is a nice quality for the price point. It does all of the little job I need just fine. The only thing I was a little disappointed about is it doesn't come with a dust collection port. Overall not a big deal for me, but if that's important to you, maybe look elsewhere.

Great Saw

I'm excited to review the Porter Cable PCE300 15 -Amp 7-1/4 Inch Heavy Duty Magnesium Shoe Circular Saw because I think its great. First of all I am a very handy female who grew up in a construction family so I know my way around power equipment and have used many different types of circular saws. I would have to say hands down, this is the best one I used. It just feels nice in the hands, good weight that's doesn't feel flimsy nor to heavy and bulky. It's easy to move around when working with it. It's not hard to change the blade at all but it feels like the blade is very secure when it is in place and ready to go.. From opening the package to using it, its pretty much plug and play and didn't have to look at instructions. The blade it comes with is perfect for every day use. It cut through some thick, hard wood with no problem and little effort on my end. It feels very smooth to use. I really feel this is the only circular saw you will ever need, or only saw for really anything (as most people dont need several types of saws) Recommended.
