Doesn't work as advertised
It's simple to use and produces a good flow of "steam" but does not work as advertised. It says "cool or warm mist" but it is ONLY cold mist. Also, the soft touch buttons on the side don't work well. Difficult to know where to touch/push, so it take multiple tries before the machine responds.
