Puncture plastic film in several spots on top of tray OR peel film back on tray about ¼ - inch to vent.Place tray in microwave. Heat on High for 30 seconds. Carefully peel back film from tray and stir contents. Re-cover with the film and continue to heat for an additional 30 seconds or until hot. Let tray stand for 1 minute, if desired.All microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate.

Trying to find something new to eat that doesn't have dairy in it for my granddaughter (3yrs) isn't easy. I gave this a try just for something fast for her parents on busy days………. She loves it.
