Great A/C. It gets a big living cooled off in no time! Looks really nice too. I love having a black air conditioner. It just looks stylish. One caveat, you can see all the grey dust and animal fur in the front slats, it gets pulled in. I still love it!

the installation was a little tricky you definitely need 3 people 2 for holding it in position especially if you have a high window and the 3rd person pushing the window part down and putting the screws in or just making sure the piece for holding it in the window is attached correctly
