Bad Customer Service and Warranty
I bought this speaker at Christmas 16 and it has died in 6 months from a known charging problem that the company is aware of and the company will not replace it because I don't have proof of purchase even though i have the original box with the UPC on the bottom. Altec lansing clearly does not stand behind there product the costumer service representative on the phone was unsympathetic that their product is expensive and faulty. We have model # imw577-blu-wm, avoid this model and possibly this company as a whole.
