To reconstitute: just add 199 parts distilled or de-ionized water to 1 part aloe vera powder to make Aloe Vera juice (1 oz Power : 199 oz Water = Aloe Vera 1:1)

The thick gels that are found on the market are "gelled" using a gelling agent. Our Aloe Vera Gel powder is a 100% PURE freeze-dried juice powder, with NO added fillers, thickeners, preservatives, or other chemicals.

Storage: Keep Aloe Vera Gel Powder in a dry pace within a tightly closed container to avoid moisture and light. Reconstituted�Aloe Vera juice must be kept in a refrigerator in a closed container and used within one week to avoid spoilage.
