Love these cashews. I have already been using the almonds for almond milk and eating ..love them, and, thought I'd try the cashews. Best I've ever had...haven't tried them for milk yet. Too busy eating them and using them for vegan recipes.. But from the taste, I know they will be wonderful. They are a new staple in my kitchen.

First Homemade Cashew Milk

I liked the large bag, I just hope I can use them fast enough so they don't get old. I may have to put in freezer, if that works to prolong them. I was surprised as well at how quickly the machine made the milk. I did not put the sweetener in the milk, only the vanilla and salt were added. I liked it very much. I used the pulp for breakfast adding oats, chia seeds, flax seeds and nutritional yeast and a bit of almond butter. Very filling. I just need to make sure I drink the milk within the next day or so.
