Quality Disappointment!

This item does not match the online description or the picture at all! It is like as though they rushed it through their assembly line to get it out. First off the coat description states it is "line" but upon receiving the coat I found it was "not lined"! I'm 5'3 and 130 lbs and I got a medium as my chest size is 36". However the circumference on the top of the coat didn't match the whole way down! So the coat gaps open at the bottom as it was not measured out properly. Also the length of the arms didn't match. Overall this coat lacked the quality to match its price! I'm very disappointed. I've bought from this seller in the past several jackets however the last two I most recently purchased were awful. It's like their quality went way down. They also compression packed the coat so that when you get it, it comes out all wrinkled! This is what the coat looked like after hanging overnight.
