Ripped First Time Wearing
Bought the dress in May 2023, in Navy %26 Black. Dress is adorable on, fit was great, loved it! Got compliments on it. Wore black for the 1st time November 7, 2023, (have not worn the navy yet) to a conference-lots of sitting, and after getting home I realized the dress had ripped along the seam of the arm area into the sleeve-three or four lines-like the material was bad not that the seam split. Wrote to the company and they said there was nothing they could do to replace or refund because the order had expired and they hoped I understood.
