Wonderful product for that little baby pup that you brought home and is a bit unsettled at night. Works wonders. We definitely buy again and have friends who are buying for the own older dogs although they really don't need it but love the heat pack that comes with it.

Snuggly warm bear

This little bear is keeping my little old gal warm! My 10 year old Shihtzu loves snuggling up to the little bear after I warm the insert up. Not sure about the heartbeat function as Shelby is not a puppy and way past the I need my mom stage. But the warming I can tell she loves! She heads straight to her bed when she sees me coming with her bear and tries to roll around on top if it! With the cold winter this was the main reason I was looking for something to help warm up my little dog after potty trips outside. The little bear is very cute, good quality, the warmer pack is easy to pull in and out as its closed using Velcro, the heartbeat button is a little bulky and you really have to feel for the beat. Honestly I didn't even realize it was working till I showed my daughter and she found it. Actually as I write this review I just noticed the bear is out of my dogs bed, she dragged it out to the living room with her... her new best buddy!

Cute puppy companion

We got our puppy at nine weeks old and thought this would be a good addition to her kennel at night. I followed the instructions on the warming bag. I ended up doing two extra minutes to get it to a subtle warmth. She enjoys the company it provides at night. She still whines a bit but it has become one of her favorite toys. If you press the heart box she will go crazy trying to find out what's making the noise.
