Wow this is one of the most innovative beneficial dog toy ever and my little Pom Tucker absolutely loves it!! When I first introduced it to him I didn't think he liked it as he kept sniffing it and backing away like he was afraid. So I just put it on the floor and ignored it to see if he would take to it? After about an hour I turned around and he had it in his mouth and then he jumped up on the couch and laid down next to it and went to sleep. From that day forward he not only sleeps with it but he carries it around everywhere he goes and treats it like it's his baby it's just too cute! We are receiving a new puppy in a couple of days we have been waiting for this moment for 4 week's and it's finally here. I requested this puppy because it had great reviews and I feel like this will help Luna sleep better feeling the heartbeat and warmth from this puppy. The detailing is perfect no lose stitches for puppy to get her toenails hooked on. I set it up to work in a couple easy steps. Open the Velcro Pocket take out the plastic piece that is what makes the heartbeat work there is a small plastic tab that you need to pull out so heartbeat will work out it back in place Velcro shut and you are ready to go. So easy. If you want puppy to warm up there is a sack that you put in the microwave to heat up and make puppy warm up. If you want no warmth then don't heat it up. Entirely up to you. I'm going to heat mine up because it will feel more like Luna's mother. I am impressed with how beautiful this puppy is. It's a nice size and I can't wait to try it out once Luna comes home. You won't be disappointed with this sweet puppy it's just what I was looking for to soothe and comfort a new Doggie. There was 2 choices for this product I can't remember what the other choice was but for me the stuffed puppy was the way to go and I'm very happy with my pick.
