Not new they are USED
Very disappointed in this purchase. Received these boots expecting them to be new but they are definitely used. Scuff marks all over, tags have been removed, the top of both boots have indention markings where they have been hung, debris stuck on the bottom where the glue from the tags being removed was, plus they were just thrown in the very old box on top of the stuffing and tissue paper. Tried to set up a return online and received a message to call customer service. Apparently I have to wait for a reply from the seller, Walmart can't help me! Hello I bought them from you Walmart! I am so angry. Was told I should hear something from the seller within 48 hours. Such bs.
