Alessi Premium Balsamic Vinegar Reduction, Traditional Balsamic, 8.5 fl oz

First of all...I have tasted many balsamic vinegar brands and price ranges and Alessi is the top of my list. The Premium Balsamic Reduction is perfection. Same taste....concentrated. I use it in a lot of dishes where I normally wouldn't think of vinegar....spaghetti, stews, grilling, etc. I give these as gifts to friends.

This is one of my favorite glazes for fish. This glaze will go with any fish. You could put it on before or after you cook. It also goes great with pork. it has a sweet and slightly tangy taste. It's definitely a must have for any balsamic lover. i just recently tried this because I ran out of duck sauce as a dip for my egg rolls. Awesome. i've even dared to dip my prime rib in this instead of an oju sauce works great. the only downside is that the bottle's so small that before you know it you run out.
