I would recommend this I bought the different types of it and so far I have not been disappointed it seems to give you that added energy that you're looking for though I know it's not an energy drink it has a lots of protein in it and it just makes you feel good when you're dieting The Taste is awesome I've tried the other flavors but this one tastes like you drinking Fruit Loops cereal this got an amazing taste is so flavorful it makes me feel good when I drink it it's not chalky it's not too thick you're not going to gag or choke on it it doesn't make you nauseous it's really good to have when you're at work and you don't have time for breakfast but you know you need to eat something or have something in your system this is the way to go and especially when you're dieting this really helps you get that energy to walk around or you know exercise to do what you have to do it's really really good I would recommend it and the price for the money you can't beat it the quality is awesome definitely will be buying more

Worth the money

One star off because imho it misses the mark on the 'Fruity Cereal' flavor. It's not gross, just not a flavor I like personally. The texture is thinner that other protein drinks, even Alani Nu's other flavors, so if other brands come off as cloying you might prefer this one. While I personally don't like the flavor much, it's still priced better than others, so I still see it as a good purchase. I just pour it into the blender with some ice or frozen fruit and it suits my tastes better.

"Cereal" has the worst taste of all the Alanis

Though all of the Alani shakes are a great value for high protein drink that is also low in added sugar, this flavor is by far inferior to the others. I've tried them all; Cookies and Cream and Munchies are the best imo; this one (Cereal?) has a strong artificial sugar flavor. That said, I will buy it in a pinch if need some because 1) I'm on a budget and 2) it's getting more and more difficult to get the other flavors from Walmart; Walmart says they're in stock and then retroactively keeps cancelling orders (3 in this month alone). My other concern is that Walmart online raised the price by a full dollar in a month. Soon, these might be as expensive as other protein drinks: disappointing.
