Stop Use Indications
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, damaged skin or wounds. Do not use if you are allergic to Arnica montana or to any of this product's inactive ingredients. When using this product, use only as directed; do not bandage tightly or use a heating pad. Stop use and ask a doctor if condition persists for more than 3 days or worsens. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Dosage
Do not use if glued carton end flaps are open or if the tube seal is broken. Store at 68-77°F (20-25°C).
Instructions
Apply a thin layer of Arnicare Gel to affected area and massage gently as soon as possible after minor injury. Repeat 3 times a day or as needed. If heat or ice is applied, wait 5 minutes before applying Arnicare Gel.

This is the best stuff you could get it takes away the pain and the bruising A friend told me about it after I had knee surgery and the bruising was almost my whole leg and so painful I ordered it from online cause most of the time get $1.00 off and I keep extra bestter then the pain get doctor gave me plus it didn't reduce the swelling and pain of the bruises

Old therapies work best; THIS WORKS BEST.
I used this for a torn meniscus in my knee, 3 times a day for a few weeks. It took down the swelling AND took down the pain. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Not at all greasy and disappears quickly as you massage it into sore muscles. I've since purchased more tubes because I will not be without it now.
