Helps with sleep
I needed something to help me get to sleep at night and decided to try Vicks ZzzQuil PURE Zzzs Sleep Next Day Energy Melatonin, Extended Release B Vitamins. So far, they are working beautifully! I just take one 30 minutes before bedtime and off I go into dreamland! And, waking up in the morning is easy!

My son has a really hard time falling asleep at night, so I give him melatonin to help him rest. However, it never seemed to matter how early he went to bed. He didn't want to get up in the morning. It was always a fight. So, I decided to give this a try one time when I couldn't get his usual gummies to arrive on time. Not o ly did he take the caplet, but the next morning he got up with almost no issues. It was literally niggt and day!
