Great sandal for Plantar Fasciitis

I have had lifelong issues with Plantar Fasciitis. About 15 years ago my pediatrist recommended a certain shoe to wear & nothing else, especially not flip-flops. So, for a few years I wore only those clunky shoes because my plantar went away. But I suffered in the summers, my feet got too hot. I finally broke down & bought a pair of these & I have loved them ever since! My only complaint is that they have tripled in price since that first purchase. I'm on my 3rd pair, they last about 4 summers before my feet get that nagging pull in my arch that tells me I need new shoes or else the plantar will come back.

Great with dresses and comfortable for long walks

I went to the Teva site planning to buy the Universal style, but these caught my eye. I have wide feet and the hook and loop adjustment across the toes makes them fit just right. This is a great style to wear with dresses which I wear every day. So far I have worn them on two mile walks and they are very comfortable. This is the first time in 3 decades that I have not owned a pair of Universals, but I am really happy with all of the dressier styles!

Best shoe if you have foot pain

This is my second pair of tirra sandals. My first pair is seven years old and still perfectly wearable, but beginning to get worn on the straps. Tirras are my go-to shoe for foot pain. I have problem arches and pain in the ball of one foot. This is the only shoe that never hurts and it's the best for correcting pain when I'm having a bad episode. I have the tirra sandals and slides (I wear the slides as my indoor shoe/slipper). I'd like this exact foot bed in other styles, especially something I can wear in winter.
