Great Consistent results
Excellent results every time. The only time the bread didn't rise well was when I omitted one step. I still use it for my sourdough starter as well. Very consistent results in dough and bread making. I'm so glad I did my research prior to purchasing this Panasonic bread making machine.

Great machine, terrible packaging / shipping box choice.
Our friend bought this and had to return 2 of them in a row because the box is made of thin cardboard and the bread maker side metal was dented. Their 3rd one arrived with no damage. We like the machine so we ordered one too and our first one was dented similar to our friends. We had to return and replace it. Once we got our undamaged unit, we made our first loaf as an XL Raisin Bread and it was awesome! Worth the wait!
