Osem Consomme Soup Mix, 14.1 oz

Purposes I use this for 1. for soups 2. seasoning 3. gravy My favorite thing to do with this is use it to make my own seasonings. Today I made a Cajun (variant) Seasoning. I use an old large seasoning container. I add 1 of each of these small great value items onion powder garlic powder --- 1/2 of these great value seasonings paprika 1/2 smoked paprika 1/2 Italian seasoning --- I use 1/2 the container of Consomme 3 tbsp of cornstarch 3 tbsp of pepper sometimes white sometimes black --- sometimes i add an already prepared seasoning. today I used Slap yo mama Cajun seasoning. so I can make Cajun butter chicken ---- my last seasoning was the same as above minus paprika and smoked paprika. I added Cavenders Greek seasoning instead of Cajun seasoning. this is a great way to create your own all purpose seasoning --- this is a staple in my seasoning cabinet. prior I only used Maggi. but Maggi is hard to come by in larger volumes and became too expensive. this is affordable and can be used for many things. it's also great for making your own 🍜 ramen broth. Delicious Affordable Sturdy Container (you'll need a scoop, it doesn't always pour well from the container) --- oh 1 other thing I do with this. I blend up my raw veggies onions peppers scallions parsley cilantro tomatoes etc, add a little oil and a drop of vinegar and some water to blend then I add the consomme (I never measure) then I pour in to a LARGE 6 cavity silicone mold, you can use an ice tray, freeze, remove and place into a Ziploc bag. I have instant marinades ready for my meats or I can even drop them in soups and spaghetti 🍝

this product is excellent as a seasoning or soup mix, etc. it's delicious!!! i use it in rice, stews, meat, and anything that comes to mind. it has an excellent flavor!
