This is hair spray and it's also colored. I recommend styling the hair first, them spray over it back and forth very fast. If it streams out, used gloved hands, spray into your hands and work through the hair or apply over the hair. Fair Harley Quinn's look, we used the bright blue color and Perfect Plum(it appeared more of a dusty pink on blonde hair). It was not the perfect color scheme but close enough. The end result looked great and it washed out with ease. I did have to use gloves to work the color evenly through the ends of the hair. Hair will be dry/hard after coating with this spray. Style before it dries!

This stuff is so much fun. My son picked out four colors to rotate. It comes out easily with one shampoo and his hair is ready for another color -- perfect for a kid! The green did tint the fine blonde hair at his temples before he got this cut, but the other colors haven't stuck around longer than wanted, and it was very faint. The white doesn't show up very well on his blondish hair, the blue and green seem to be the most vivid.
