When I retired I was already partly into a rehabilitation plan. I had to come back from the sedentary lifestyle that was forced upon me by working for a living. We had bought these Aftershokz Air headphones for my wife as a Christmas present for her to use at her work location. When COVID hit, NASA determined one of the buildings they had was unsafe any longer, my wife started working from home to save office space. NASA eventually made that permanent and she no longer needed the headphones. So I decide to try the rehab walks that I was already doing by this time. These headphones have been the key to my rehabilitation. My mind goes completely off the pain I am inflicting upon myself and onto what is playing on the headphones. Seriously, these headphones have been a game changer for me. I went from walking 1 mile a day to walking 6 or 7 miles. I am now off Blood Pressure meds, and my blood sugar is now stabilized. I attribute this, "miracle", to using these Aftershokz Air headphones. What I love about Aftershokz Air is: 1.) Being able to hear things going on around me. That is important because I actually cross roads and intersections where I am sharing the road with vehicles. My life is actually in danger if I cant hear. Huntsville, is on track to overtake Birmingham as the biggest city in Alabama this year. I have to share the roads with people who drive insane here. Traffic has grown ten fold what it was since we moved here in 2007. Military base closings and relocating to Huntsville has caused a gigantic boom. One highway where I cross at the intersection of our neighborhood, there is no crossing light. That road is 8 lanes wide. It is basically an intercity arterial highway. I need to be able to hear what is going on around me to get across safely. These headphones allow me to do that like no other, ear bud, or, head phone. They just don't. These do. That is crucial for your safety. 2.) I absolutely love the phone feature. Receiving and placing calls from my headphones is simple and just awesome. I can stay connected, and walk way further now, because I am staying connected. I talked to my mom for an hour on my walk this morning. I really love this feature. I have even asked people several times, can you hear me alright? And Every time the answer has been yes, I can hear you very well. I did not anticipate this feature working as well as it does. Hands free and Just awesome! It like they are right there with you, my mom is 660 miles away. 3.) Connecting with my phone by blue tooth is easy. And playing music and still being able to communicate staying connected while hearing the world around me? This is a game changer. This is my own personal "virtual office" and I can take it everywhere. Even on an 8 mile walk. These headphones really have been the key to my rehabilitation. I know I would not be this far along without them. They have been the absolute key to changing my life. This not hyperbole. No, I am not kidding.

AfterShokz are awesome and expensive but not at Sams! If Sams is selling them for $70 grab a pair. It’s a different way of Listening. I like having my ear channel open. It offers me the freedom to hear my surroundings while on a call S well. That’s just how I Roll. It’s great quality tech both input and output. I use them on zoom calls. Ease of use and ability to move around. They look cool too!
