Get ready for the kick ! This has a nice taste to the salt and the grinder is very easy to turn and dispense. I like spicy and this kicks my dishes up a notch when im doing jerk chicken or other types of spicy dishes. I was initially hesitant to get this for simple fact I have sooooo much salt but I'm glad I did.

The chili salt comes in an attractive glass bottle with convenient built-in grinder. The grinder does its job well and produces a medium-fine powder that works for most situations. The bottle is nicely double-sealed (both inside and outside of the grinder) to ensure freshness. This chili salt keeps things simple with just two ingredients: 91% sea salt and 9% smoked jalapeno peppers (a.k.a. chipotle). The two flavors are nicely balanced, and it's a great combination for adding a smoky and salty taste to any savory dish. There's a slight spicy kick from the peppers, but the heat level is mild enough to suit just about anyone aside from the most spice-adverse. I've been really enjoying this chili salt on my scrambled eggs and on any food that could use a little depth and complexity. Overall, an excellent addition to the spice rack. Recommended.
