Deceptive seller

VERY VERY deceptive seller didn't send me anything at ALL I contacted the postal office and was informed that they mislead the tracking information so it seemed as if they sent the item but in fact in showed a different address I've been ordering from Walmart for awhile and have never went through this type of scam before and I'm still waiting on a refund thinking seriously about calling my bank about this fraudulent transaction with this seller very disappointed to say the least
