Previous design was better
Purchased the Moen Voss faucets for our bathroom remodel. We have always trusted Moen's quality but this one missed the mark. In less than 3 months use, the part behind the control arm fell off. I was able to reposition it but it keeps coming loose. I'm puzzled as to why the additional part was added, the previous design worked well. I expected better from Moen especially with the price tag. Now I'm stuck with an expensive faucet that breaks frequently and will most likely have to be replaced soon. Very disappointed. (Unable to load photo)
