I like the adjustable side handles. it folds up nicely. it has multiple uses, ex,: can use pieces of chicken and make roasted, it's a added bonus to cooking meats. it's so similarity to sous vide cooking by cooking pieces of meat instead of just a whole turkey or whole chicken.

Perfect Turkey Breast Roaster

This is my second adjustable rack to use in our other home. It fits perfectly in a 9x13 pan. You can lay it out flat or adjust the sides to hold whatever you are roasting. I use it mainly for the small turkey breasts. Holds them perfectly and you get nice, even browning. Very sturdy.
