I have no complaints on the phone cup holder, itself. It seems to be made as well as any I looked at; I was even able to remove the part that holds the cell phone on and the cup and ball part fit right in to my Garmin Nuvi, so this holder will work for my phone or my Garmin GPS. The reason I only gave it 3 stars is, it took 16 days to arrive!!!!! I don't know it that was due to supply chain issues; USPS; or who........but I just felt that was an extremely long time to ship. There were also NO shipping/tracking updates that whole time, until the day before it was supposed to arrive. It was "then", that I finally got a notice saying it was "delayed".
